Being part of a small village school like Sutton St James is something I really value, where children are at the centre of everything we do, and every individual is known and supported.

I have a degree in Primary Education and care deeply about helping children feel confident, supported and motivated in their learning. I enjoy seeing children make progress and building belief in what they can achieve.

Sutton St James stood out to me because of its strong sense of community and the way the school is closely connected with families and the wider village. I enjoy working in an environment where staff, children and families work together to create a positive and supportive learning experience.

Outside of school, I enjoy reading in my spare time and spending time with my family, including my two dogs, Reggie and Bertie.
