Mrs Katy Coupland

With over 20 years of experience working with children, I am a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant committed to helping every child reach their full potential. Working across the school, I support pupils both academically and emotionally, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. In 2025, I graduated from Bishop Grosseteste University with a 2:1 in Educational Studies, further strengthening my knowledge. I love bringing my creativity and musical side to my work too! Outside of school, I enjoy spending time exploring with my husband and our outdoor loving two year old, making the most of family adventures and nature.
